About Husker Custom Lumber

HUSKER CUSTOM LUMBER L.L.C. is a veteran-owned custom sawmill and architectural millwork shop based in Middleburg, Florida, serving clients nationwide. We reclaim at-risk logs from tree services and turn them into kiln-dried lumber and finished millwork that install cleanly and last. Every step happens in house: milling to exact dimensions, air drying, kiln drying to verified moisture levels, resawing, planing, and profile matching for restorations or new designs.

Our mission is simple: deliver reliable, high-quality wood products with integrity, craftsmanship, and stewardship. Guided by Army values, we provide clear advice, transparent pricing, and full accountability from start to finish. The shop produces beams, moldings, paneling, doors, cabinetry, trim, and custom details for residential and commercial projects, including historic preservation. A small core team handles the work with care, and a vetted subcontractor network supports larger or time-sensitive projects when needed.
